Music Programs – Project Support Coordinator

About the role:

The Project Support Coordinator will support the Foundation’s Program Directors and the ongoing administrative functions of the Foundation’s program areas. The position will support the Bohemian Fund Manager in overall administration of Bohemian Fund. The position will help deliver quality events that advance Foundation and program goal areas. The role reports to the Music Programs Director but works across other program areas as needed, and as directed by the Music Programs Director.

Qualifications and Relevant Experience:

The successful candidate will bring the following experience to the role:

  • Proven skills or an aptitude to learn the field of project support or coordination.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and an affinity for process improvements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Desired Qualifications

Candidates will ideally bring the following experience to the role:

  • 1-3 years of experience in non-profit or business administration or related project coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Procedure for consideration:

Position is based in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $55,000. All regular, full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness benefits, retirement savings and company match. Additional benefits include sixteen paid holidays, accrued flexible time off, new parent leave, staff education and tuition-based education reimbursement. This is not a remote work opportunity, although Bohemian Foundation currently provides a hybrid work model option.
