Bohemian Foundation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will provide a high-level of support through filtration and prioritization of information, assessment and preparation of materials, document and file maintenance, calendaring and scheduling and management of workflows to support the accomplishment of the foundation’s goals, promises and accountabilities. The Executive Assistant will serve as a key resource and collaborator with Foundation staff to fully maximize the work of the Foundation Leadership. The individual will follow through on commitments and responsibilities, meeting deadlines and quality standards while modeling professionalism, collaboration, and teamwork.

The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five (5+) years of professional administrative/executive level experience or equivalent experience with experience supporting multiple high-performing executives simultaneously preferred. Washington’s, a live music venue, is seeking an experienced Venue Manager. The Venue Manager is responsible for the successful execution and management of all front of house functions for two ticketed live music venues in Northern Colorado. The Venue Manager leads a team including Guest Services, Box Office, Security, and Bar Staffing with the goal of exemplary service to all guests of the venue and to visiting artists. The Venue Manager will also identify necessary vendor / partner support, and manage accordingly and be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the venue facilities. The role will report to the Live Music Manager.
Washington’s is a mid-size music venue that showcases local, regional, and national acts. It is located in downtown Fort Collins at 132 Laporte Ave. Washington’s complements the current music scene in Fort Collins and is an important link to the activities at Fort Collins’ Music District.
Washington’s is a new Bohemian venture. Bohemian includes a variety of Fort Collins based entities, including Washington’s; Bohemian Foundation, a private family foundation established in 2001; the Music District; Bohemian Companies, a private family office owned by philanthropist Pat Stryker; and additional entities.
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five (5+) years of operational experience in a managerial role in the entertainment or hospitality industry as well as managing a facility. Successful candidate will have proven interpersonal skills including communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Experience in managing, developing and mentoring staff is a must as well as the ability to effectively manage schedules and budgeting. Candidates must place a high value on integrity and doing the right thing. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or Related Field, experience in the music industry, including working with artists, extensive knowledge in overseeing food, labor, and beverage costs, as well as, inventory management. Experience working as part of or closely with a non-profit organization is also preferred.
Physical requirements for the position include the following: ability to stand, kneel and/or crouch for long periods of time, work in varying physical environments, ability to lift and move excess of 60 lbs. as necessary during the normal flow of the day-to-day workload preferably unassisted, as needed, and to move 100 lbs., with assistance. Position will require the loading and unloading of equipment, as needed.
