Bohemian Foundation’s Community Programs is committed to the care and enrichment of our local community. We passionately believe that by working together, we can build a stronger Larimer County. Community Programs goals are to: encourage and enable youth to thrive; empower individuals and families on the path toward economic stability; and strengthen our vibrant community.
Community Programs’ activities include responsive grantmaking through Pharos Fund and the Community Event Fund. Within these responsive programs, eligible nonprofit organizations and / or government entities can submit funding requests through an application process. We look for opportunities to meet a community need, address an important gap, or leverage resources.
The Community Programs is seeking a new colleague to join our team as a Grants Administrator. The Grants Administrator is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the Pharos Fund. Through the Pharos Fund, the foundation awards over $1.0m per year to local nonprofit organizations. The role includes refining application materials each cycle; completing internal staff reviews of applications including budget and financial analysis; reviewing interim and final grant reports; and providing technical assistance and serving as the Foundation’s liaison and point of contact for applicants. The role reports to the Community Programs Manager.
